Ranetta I. Ledet, RN, is a caring and experienced Aesthetic Nurse and the founder of RIL Beauty, a medspa focused on helping people look and feel their best with non-invasive cosmetic treatments. With over 15 years as a registered nurse and advanced training in aesthetics, Ranetta combines her medical background with a creative eye to deliver natural-looking results.
She offers treatments like Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and non-surgical body sculpting, including non-surgical liposuction and Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs). Ranetta creates treatment plans tailored to each client, making sure everyone feels comfortable, safe, and confident in their choices.
Clients appreciate her friendly personality, careful attention, and the welcoming space she creates at RILBeauty. She listens to her clients and makes sure they always feel supported.
Ranetta is dedicated to learning and staying updated on the latest techniques, so every treatment at RILBeauty meets high standards for safety and results. Her goal is simple: help every client feel good in their own skin.
Yalda Sedghi, MD

Dr. Yalda Sedghi, a distinguished Primary Care Physician with nearly a decade of experience, is a versatile medical professional with a unique blend of expertise. Her journey in healthcare has taken her through the realms of outpatient and inpatient care, as well as urgent care, allowing her to excel in a variety of medical settings.
Notably, Dr. Sedghi spent three years at the helm of a dermatology clinic, during which she worked closely with the dermatology chief, honing her skills in dermatology, hormone replacement therapy, and general medicine. Her commitment to providing comprehensive patient care shines through in her work.
In addition to her primary care role, Dr. Sedghi is the Owner and CEO of Bliss and Bloom Medical Aesthetics, Inc., a thriving medical spa specializing in aesthetics. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of procedures, including neurotoxins, injectables, laser treatments, peptides, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and weight loss solutions. Her journey into aesthetics commenced in 2019 and quickly evolved from a hobby to a passion alongside her primary medical practice.
With extensive training in all aspects of aesthetics, including fillers, injectables, lasers, PRP, biostimulators, HRT, and weight loss, Dr. Sedghi brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence to her role as a medical spa owner and practitioner. Her experience in leading her own med spa, combined with her dedication to patient well-being, makes her an ideal partner for any med spa looking to provide top-tier aesthetic care.
